Cable machine single arm squat and row

Ensure the pulley is at elbow height with a handle attached.
Stand facing the cable machine and grasp the handle with one hand.
Hold your arm out in front at 90 degrees and take the strain of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the weight in towards your body while simultaneously squatting.
Try to maintain a 90 degree angle with your elbow.
Slowly allow the weight to return back to the starting position.
