Cable machine stability ball row
Sit upright on a stability ball.
Place the pulley at chest height (when sitting).
Reach forward and grasp the handle in your hand.
Maintain a good posture, keeping your back straight, and pull the handle in towards your abdomen as you lean back slightly.
Hold briefly before returning to the start position in a controlled manner.
Required equipment: Ball - large, Machine - resistance/weights, Stability Ball
