Cable machine supine hip extension

Lie on the ground with legs straight and feet pointed towards the cable machine.
Place the cable attachment around one ankle.
Keeping your leg straight, pull your foot against resistance until the back of your leg touches the floor.
Hold briefly and then allow your leg to raise off the floor.
Repeat this movement for the required number of repetitions, ensuring that you keep your other leg and torso still and stable throughout.
