Place an incline bench between two cable machines.
Lie down on the bench with feet flat on the floor.
Grab the handle of the right cable with your left hand and the left cable with your right hand.
Allow your arms to cross, hands pointed up towards the ceiling and arms straight.
With only a slight bend in your elbows, pull your arms across your body and towards the floor.
Stop when you arms are parallel with the ground.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
