Carrying Baby Facing Adult and Stretching (Torticollis)

Sit or stand in a comfortable position.
Hold your child facing you.
Support the child with one hand and hold their shoulder with the other.
Put your cheek against the child's cheek and turn their head to other side to stretch the muscles of the neck in the opposite side.
You can encourage relaxation during stretching by calming your child by using gentle speech, singing or movement with your own body.
