Cervical proprioception with laser pointer in single leg stance

Stand up straight with the laser pointer around the top of your head.
Move your weight onto one side so that you are standing on one leg.
Do not rest your elevated leg on your stance leg.
Calibrate the laser against the wall by ensuring it points directly ahead of you as you look directly ahead.
Place a shape on the wall.
Try to trace this shape with the laser by moving your head.
You can make this exercise more difficult by using more complex shapes.
