Chair scoots - Alternate knee flexion (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the floor, and ensure the brakes are on.
If safe to do so, shuffle towards the front edge of your wheelchair and then remove your brakes.
Place your hands across your lap.
When ready, step one leg in front of you and place your foot on the floor by straightening your knee.
Next, bend your knee to pull your wheelchair closer to your foot.
Repeat with your other leg.
