Chair Squat with Shoulder Flexion (Miniband)

Stand with your feet hip width apart, your elbows bent by your sides and a mini band around both forearms. Gently press your forearms against the mini band.

Press your arms into an overhead position while squatting down on a chair. Then stand up by pressing through your feet while lowering your arms back to the starting position.
