Chest supported reverse dumbbell flies

Lie face down on an incline bench holding dumbbells in each hand.
Let the weights hang towards the floor.
Keeping your elbows slightly bent, slide your shoulder blade towards your spine and lift your arms up and out to the side.
Control the movement back to the starting position and repeat.
