Take support with your hand from the floor in front of you and support your head on your other arm. Slightly lift your lower side off the floor.

Lift the knee of your upper leg upwards by turning the hip outwards. Keep your pelvis still. Feel the muscles in the side of your buttocks working. Return to starting position.
