Clothes pegs onto cup

Sit upright in front of a table.
Place a cup and a number of clothes pegs on the table.
Using your weaker arm, place the clothes pegs around the rim of the cup.
Once you have placed them all on the cup, remove them one at a time.
Aim to keep your body still during the exercise and avoid hunching your shoulder.
