Countermovement jump (arm swing) - deep

Stand up straight with your feet shoulders width apart.
Raise your arms in front of you.
When ready, perform a deep squat movement as you simultaneously draw your arms backward.
Then forcefully jump into the air as high as you can, using your arms to generate upward momentum.
Ensure you keep your legs straight when in the air and aim to land on the same spot as you started.
Bend at your knees upon landing to absorb the impact.
Return to the start position and repeat.
