Crunch on a Half Ball - V1

Lie on your back with a half ball placed under the small of the back and buttocks off the floor. Hands behind your head or crossed over your chest.

Draw in your abdominals and lift your upper body. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Note: Keep your chin tucked in.
