Diagonal Shoulder Abd with Exercise Band

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart or slightly wider. Hold an exercise band with arm straight and palm facing inwards in front of the opposite hip. The other end of the band is secured under your foot.
Keeping your arm straight, bring it diagonally from in front of your body up towards the ceiling (palm facing forwards). Return to the starting position in the same way.
Note: Do not shrug your shoulder.
