Diagonal Shoulder Flexion with a Dumbbell
Stand tall holding a dumbbell in one hand in front of your opposite hip. Your arm is straight and internally rotated.
Bring your arm diagonally up and rotate it outwards so that in the overhead position the back of the hand is pointing to the side. Bring the arm diagonally back to the starting position while internally rotating the arm.
Required equipment: Dumbbell, Weights, free
