Downward dog on stability ball

Start with a press-up position with your ankles on the stability ball.
Place your hands under your shoulders.
Keep your body strong with a straight line from your shoulders to your toes.
Lift your hip towards the ceiling, rolling the ball towards you until you make an inverted V position.
Maintain a straight back, dropping your head between your shoulders.
Hold and steadily return to the start position and repeat.
