Drop and catch with a dumbbell in stand - in shoulder abduction and internal rotation

Stand holding a dumbbell in one hand and with your arm lifted outwards at shoulder level, elbow bent to 90 degrees and palm facing down.
Let go of the dumbbell and quickly catch it again before it drops too far.
Repeat.
