Dumbbell lateral raise (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Attach a dumbbell to your prosthetic and hold another weight in your other hand.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or a wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides.
Gently pull your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttocks.
Lift your arms out to the side and up to shoulder height, with your palms facing down.
In a controlled manner return back down to the starting position.
