Dumbbell waitress/waiter walk

Stand upright with a dumbbell in the hand of your affected arm.
Lift your affected arm up towards the ceiling.
Walk slowly and in a controlled manner keeping your body stable and straight, contracting the abdomen so that the resistance exerted by the weight does not change your posture.
Walk forward for required amount of time and then gently lower the dumbbell to the ground.
