Elevated scapula push up (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Perform this exercise on a raised platform.
Start in a push-up position with the intention of your hands on the platform, shoulder-width apart.
You may need to use a step to achieve a level shoulder height.
Keeping your arms straight lower your chest towards the platform moving only from your shoulder blades.
Hold this position for as long as prescribed and then push back up to the starting position, and repeat.
Required equipment: Step, Wobble cushion / foam, Box (plyometric)
