Stand with your feet hips width apart.
Ensure your knees are straight but not locked.
Tilt your pelvis forwards and backwards as though it is a bucket with water pouring out the front, then out the back.
You may find it helpful to place your hands on your hips.
Find the mid point between the two positions.
Circle your shoulder blades forwards, up, back and down and hold them in this position.
Finally, with your arms relaxed by your side, tuck your chin back so that your head is positioned directly over your spine.
This is good standing posture.
