Finger control (therapy putty in palm)
Sit upright in front of a table.
Take a piece of therapy putty or plasticine in your stronger hand and make a fist around it.
Using the fingers on your weaker hand, push your fingers, one at a time, into the putty.
Aim to keep your shoulder relaxed and body still during the exercise.
