Finger extension with straight wrist - palm down (therapy putty)
Place a roll of putty on a table.
Roll the putty forward and backward on the table with your fingers and wrist straight.
As you roll forwards, straighten your elbow and as you roll back pull your elbow back.
Allow the putty to move between the base of your hand and the tips of your fingers.
