Finger flexion drag (therapy putty)
Sit upright in front of a table.
Take a piece of therapy putty or plasticine and flatten it into a disc shape.
With the fingers on your weaker hand straight, place them into the putty.
Slowly grip your fingers as you try to make a fist against the resistance of the putty.
Aim to keep your shoulder and body still during the exercise.
Required equipment: Therapy putty, Chair, Table
