AROM forearm supination/pronation, fingers relaxed

Stand with your arm by your side and your elbow bent to 90 degrees.
Start with your thumb uppermost.
Turn your palm upwards and then downwards, rotating from your forearm.
Keep your elbow tucked to your side and fingers relaxed during the exercise.
