Gastrocnemius stretching on decline board

Stand up straight holding onto a supportive surface.
Place your affected foot on a decline board, so your toes are elevated above your heel.
Make sure your toes are facing forwards and your heel is pressing in towards or touching the floor.
Keeping your knee straight, lean forwards until you feel a stretch in your calf.
Hold this position.
