GHjt clock reach

Hold on to the back of a chair.
Visualize a clock on the floor in front of you.
Hold your arm directly out in front of you at the 12 o'clock position and then move it around to the 3 o'clock position.
Then try to move it as far backwards as you can towards the 6 o'clock if possible.
Perform the required number of repetitions and the repeat for the opposite side from the 12 o'clock position around to 9 o'clock then as you far as possible around towards 6 o’clock then return to the starting position.
