Goblet squat with dumbbell

Stand with your feet a hip width apart and turn your toes out slightly.
Hold a dumbbell in an upright position so that both of your hands cup the weight and support it with against your chest.
Squat directly down between your feet, whilst keeping your upper body upright.
Push back up to the starting position and repeat.
