Good sitting posture on stability ball

Sit upright on a stability ball.
Place your feet flat on the floor with your knees and hips bent to 90 degrees.
Gently tighten you tummy muscle and pull your shoulder blades back and down.
Try to maintain this position as long as you can.
You could sit at a table doing your homework or play your computer game.
