Hip Circles on a Ball

Sit relaxed on a ball with hands in your lap, feet hip-width apart. For safety, you can start with a corner behind you but not quite touching the ball to the wall.

Move your hips in a circle, keeping your head in the center. Use a
mirror initially to help maintain head in neutral.

Repeat with eyes open or closed following your therapist's guidelines.
