Hip extension with two hand support - toe touch

Stand facing a worktop with your feet slightly apart and both hands placed on the worktop.
Ensure not to pull on the worktop surface but feel the weight press down through your hands.
Pull your toes up off the ground and then move your leg backward leading with your heel, keeping your toes up throughout.
Keep your knee straight and your body upright.
When your leg is extended backward touch the floor with your toes and hold for a moment.
Then pull your toes up again and return to the starting position, and repeat.
