Hip flexion and extension in side-lying (adaptive) - residual limb

Lie on your side with your sound leg lowermost and bent to 90 degrees and your residual leg straight.
Lift your top leg slightly and hold it up.
First, bring your knee towards your chest.
Then return to the start position as you straighten your leg and push it backward.
Repeat this cycle.
