Hip Flexors Stretch Supine Assisted

Lie on your back on a table or bed with one leg bent and the other hanging relaxed over the edge.
The training partner holds of the bent leg below the knee and supports the other leg.
The bent leg is moved towards your chest.
The leg which is hanging over the edge is slightly pressed down.
Feel a stretch in front of the hip.
Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
