Hip Thrust with Barbell V2
Lie on your back, with your upper back supported on a bench, hips bent and feet on the floor hip-width apart. A barbell placed across your pelvis. Keep your chin tucked in.
Lift your hips up high, driving the movement with your buttock muscles.
Control the movement lowering the hips down, and repeat.
