Place 4 hurdles on the floor in a square and stand in the middle on one leg.
Hop up and over the first hurdle in front of you, then hop back to the middle.
Hop over a hurdle to one side, then back to the middle.
Hop over the hurdle behind you, then back to the middle.
Finally hop over the last hurdle on the other side, then back to the middle.
The aim is to spring quickly off the floor between each hurdle, minimising your time on the floor.
