Isometric shoulder external rotation (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Loop a resistance band around the lower part of your forearms with your elbows tucked into your sides.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down.
When ready, push the backs of your wrists against the resistance of the band whilst keeping your elbows tucked into your sides.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
