Isometric shoulder internal rotation with ball (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a ball between your hands with your palms facing inwards.
Tuck your elbows into your sides.
When ready, push the palms of your hands into the ball as though trying to bring your hands together.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
Required equipment: Wheelchair, Ball - small
