Jack Knife Sit Ups (V-ups) version 1

Start by sitting on the floor with legs bent. Lean back so that your lower back and buttocks touch the floor. Straighten your legs close to the floor and arms overhead.

Bend your hips and curl your upper body up. Keep knees straight and reach towards your toes with your hands. Reverse movement to return to starting position.
