Jaw open and chew
Slowly open your mouth wide.
Use slow exaggerated movements.
Chew as if you have sticky toffee between your back teeth.
Use up and down and circular movements of your lower jaw.
If you have any jaw pain or have any jaw problems, do not practice this exercise and tell your health care practitioner about the pain.
