Kettlebell Single Arm Thruster
Hold the Kettlebell between the upper arm and forearm, elbow against the body pointing towards the floor.
Lower into the squat, keep knees and feet pointing in the same direction.
Stand up, straighten your knees and hips and press the Kettlebell up overhead.
Squat back down again lowering the Kettlebell back into the body.
