Kettlebell Squat with Turn

Wide stance. Take an overhand grip of the kettlebell.
Squat down. Keep your chest open.
Stand up and turn 180 degrees while swinging the kettlebell up.
Squat down. Keep the chest up.
Stand up and turn around the other leg. Swing the kettlebell up.
