Kettlebell Suitcase Swing with Tandem Walking

Stand with one foot in front of the other. Grip the Kettlebell with one hand by your side.

Swing the Kettlebell up (forwards). Keep midsection and hips straight.
Swing the Kettlebell back. As you swing, step forward placing a heel in front of the opposite toes, repeat for two steps forwards and then backwards for two steps.

Repeat the swing and walk with your other hand.
