Kicking a ball balance exercise

For this exercise you'll need a ball and either a wall or a partner.
Stand with a ball on the floor in front of you.
With one foot kick the ball against a wall or to your partner.
Stop the ball when it is returned to you and kick it again.
Try to use both legs for kicking and stopping the ball.

Required equipment: Wall, Ball - small, Assistant
