Knee extension on Decline Board

Knee extension on Decline Board

Place a decline board at approximately a 45 degree angle.
Place the affected leg on the base of the decline board with your other foot on the ground next to the decline board. Have your body,thigh and knee of the affected leg resting on the decline board.
Straighten the knee by lifting it away from the decline board. Then return to the starting position.
