Lie on the floor on your back. The training partner holds the ankle and the knee.
The leg is assisted towards your chest with knee bent. The training partner then changes their hold so that your bent leg is gently pressed towards your chest and your lower leg is fixed on the floor from the thigh. A stretch should be felt in the buttock of the bent leg. You might also feel a stretch in front of the hip of the straight leg. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
