Knee hugs with breathing - body awareness
Lie on your back with both knees bent and the soles of your feet flat on the floor.
Surrender the weight of your whole body on the floor.
As you exhale, make an "M" -sound and slowly and gently hug both knees towards your chest.
Then breath in and release.
Slowly repeat and listen to the movement moment by moment.
