Kneeling adductor stretch with thoracic rotation
Start by kneeling. Straighten one leg out towards the side. Place your hands on the floor below your shoulders for support.
Lift one hand at a time rotating from your trunk and upper back and reach towards the ceiling. Look up towards the hand you are lifting.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
