Kneeling ankle dorsiflexion stretch with stick
Start in a kneeling position.
Place your symptomatic leg out in front of you.
Place the stick in front of this foot and use for balance.
Lean forward, allowing the knee to travel over the toes.
Make sure to keep your heel on the ground and hold.
