Kneeling push up on Bosu (flat side down)
Place a Bosu on the floor on its flat side and get into the press-up position with both hands on the ball.
Perform a press-up, bringing your chest down towards the edge of the Bosu.
Straighten back up, ensuring throughout the whole sequence that your body remains straight.
Continue this sequence.
Required equipment: Mat, BOSU ball
