Ladder lateral runs quick scissors

Stand up straight with an agility ladder laid on the floor in front of you.
Starting to one side, place your inside foot to the far side of the first square
Step your other foot across the first, landing on the other side of the ladder.
Step your first foot, which will continue to land inside the squares, to the far side of the next square.
Step your second foot across, landing outside of the ladder.
Try to remain light on the balls of your feet, increasing the speed at which you perform the movement.
